Output: The development of a Needs Analysis Report for your club

Closing Date: 8th November 2024

Purpose:

To support clubs to operate more strategically, using a needs-led approach and agreed action plan to deliver programmes and activities for club members and the local community. The Needs Analysis Report will help your club to:

Identify local needs and challenges to help the club understand how it can better serve its members, participants and other beneficiaries
Establish key priority areas and associated actions to help the club to grow using a strategic approach
Provide an evidence base that will support the club in attracting public funding and investment

An independent consultant will be appointed to facilitate all stages of the Needs Analysis process and produce a draft report for club feedback. A bespoke Needs Analysis Report will be created for each participating club.

Resource available:

Fully funded (free) support from an external consultant to develop the Needs Analysis Report for your club.

Time commitment:

The consultant will work with 1-2 designated volunteers within each participating club. This will take place over a 3–4-month period. Club volunteers will be supported throughout the process and can expect to commit an average of 2-3 hours per month to work with the consultant. Communication will take place via online video call, telephone calls and email.
